In a very challenging situation, I was so impressed with Todd's expertise, and how manageable he made the whole process. I felt supported and educated the whole time I worked with him. Todd's work was detailed and strong, and he was generous and kind with me. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. A note: while working with Todd, I spoke with many (!) contractors in the area. Every single time Todd's name came up, we'd all take a moment to sing his praises and appreciate him. Everyone loves this guy, from colleagues to clients - he's in demand because he's the best. “I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars. I reached out to Brez Environmental Sampling to not just test but to understand asbestos abatement in general. I spoke to Todd, who spent quite a bit of time helping to educate me about asbestos testing and abatement when no one else had done so. Not only did he help empower me about the right questions to ask various contractors but he armed me with a path forward on how to sequence the work inside of a larger scope of work. It really is this consultant support that sets them apart from all the other testing companies out there. They just don't do a test and lob the ball over the wall to you to understand the results and "what next" -- Todd helped me figure out that path forward. It's rare you get such gracious customer service in this day and age. Can't recommend them enough!”

“Five star service and above and beyond! Brēz Environmental explained the entire process to me from beginning to end, including all of the steps in remediation. They answered my many questions around mold with patience. They walked me through the lab results and explained not only what the results meant on the paper, but what those results indicated within my home. After the conversation, I had a much better understanding of the importance of proper remediation. Beyond that, by the end of the call, I felt like I had a champion in my corner who would be there for me to answer any question no matter how big or small. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them after remediation for a second air sample. 100% trustworthy and professional.”

I hardly leave reviews for anything but these guys deserve it….I was in a time crunch on a leak issue and Todd answered all my questions including giving me some information on some issues I hadn’t considered…Todd and his crew were able to get the testing done the next day and he got the test results back to me quickly. “Todd was professional and friendly. Came to test after a ceiling leak that uncovered mold in a historic craftsman home and he exceeded all expectations. He did a great job explaining everything to us, answered all of our questions and told us what we should and shouldn’t worry about.
